Sunday Drive is a 60/40 blend of a natural processed Ethiopian from Guji and a washed Peruvian coffee. It's a medium roast and does well with milk and by itself. Great on espresso.

At T3 we use a 1:17 coffee to water ratio for our Kalita pour overs. Expect a bright and clean cup due to the flat bottom paper filter. "Established in 1958, Kalita is a pioneer of the Japanese coffee movement." -Kalita
